Description:Cookbook belonging to “Marie Petrmichl Deutsches - Haus” Meran, d. 1. Mai 1883” as per handwritten entry on the second page. On the first page is the handwritten the saying: “Du sollst die Schlüßel nicht verlegen denn Ordnung ist des Hauses Segen [Do not let the keys go missing, for order is the house’s blessing].” The book contains recipes, mainly for flour-based dishes, with a number of loose recipe cards and various handwritten entries. Bound in black linen.
